I am a certified neuromuscular soft tissue therapist & Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder certified in MLD) CMLDT & owner of OC Pain Relief & Bodywork & OC TriAthlete Massage. We are a therapeutic nervous system based practice in San Juan Capistrano, CA focused on the needs of people in high-stress, high-performance activities & occupations. I prolonging sports careers by helping professional athletes, weekend warriors & youth athletes reduce the possibility, of injury and the loss of mobility, especially in high-risk areas and potential trouble spots (i.e. Lower back, shoulder, knee)​Whether you’re training for an event and looking for increased performance, focusing on injury recovery /prevention, or experiencing chronic pain, I am your pain relief solution.

We incorporate different types of massage techniques, such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage,, myoskeletal alignment, stretch therapy , lymphatic decongestion & energy work to increase physical function and performance, provide pain relief and prevent & rehabilitate injuries. We are able to help our clients restore balance to their nervous system, which in turn helps heal the body.
