It is a pleasant, voluntary, state of relaxed attentive concentration, an altered state of consciousness, during which the conscious critical mind is relaxed and relatively inactive, and the doorway to the subconscious, inner mind is opened with a person’s permission. In this comfortable state, suggestibility is heightened, mental absorption is increased, the senses are heightened, and the imagination is activated in a controlled manner. Hypnosis is really just accelerated learning.

The inner mind is more receptive to acceptable, beneficial suggestions. Through hypnotherapy, we will access your powerful subconscious mind to cultivate positive thoughts and release the negative thought patterns which may be driving your behavior.

  • Sports Injury Recovery

for Pain Management

Hypnosis is great for dealing with both chronic and acute pain. Today, thousands of dentists and medical doctors worldwide use hypnosis for painless dental treatments, surgeries and outpatient procedures, for first aid (burn injury) and even irritable bowel syndrome and allergies.

It is  important to understand that all pain is actually experienced inside your brain. That’s the reason hypnosis is so powerful for pain reduction and pain management.

Our brains and bodies contain a medicine chest that rivals anything you can get by prescription. The brain is powerful. It can produce feel-good chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. But it can also release morphine-like compounds, like endorphins, that reduce pain.

for Emotional Avoidance

Have you have come to a point in your life where you are ready to rid yourself of a habit negatively affecting your life such as (Overeating, Nail -Biting Self Sabotage) in response to emotions.

All of your feelings are good. All of your feelings are there for a reason. There is no difference between the five outer senses: Touch, taste, sight, smell, and hearing - and all of your inner senses that we call feelings. They are there to help you and guide you so that you can take care of yourself in a way that is most beneficial to you.

Somewhere you got the wires crossed. The reason your wires might have gotten crossed is that some time ago, probably when you were very young, you felt a feeling because of your circumstances, you could do little or nothing about what was causing the feeling. You then mistakenly found temporary comfort in the distraction of your habit

Today you are standing at a fork in the road of your life. You have come to a decision point. Should you continue to do what you have been doing or take action get your power back to create a life on the other side of your disruptive habit.

When the body feels safe, relaxed and acknowledged, it can prevent and rehabilitate injuries, increase physical function and performance, and relieve pain symptoms. Therapeutic massage therapy offers restoration that our bodies need to return to homeostasis and to heal.
